The rechargeable BarkLimiter Deluxe is the world’s first intuitive electronic bark correction device, designed by Garmin using proven Tri-Tronics® dog training technology.

Featuring bark identification technology that uses innovative accelerometer technology, the BarkLimiter Deluxe is able to distinguish between barking and other vocalizations.

Also exclusive to the new BarkLimiter Series is Advanced Bark Correction Technology, which delivers consistent and instantaneous correction, while substantially reducing false corrections that can be caused by external noises.

The BarkLimiter Deluxe is slim and easy-to-use with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery as well as the set-it-and-forget-it “autorise” function that automatically programs the stimulation intensity level based on the barking behavior of each individual dog. The unit is ready to go right out of the box - no additional setup!

Vibration and manual settings are also included.

For dogs that spend time alone in an apartment or back yard, the Bark Odometer™ lets dog owners know exactly how many times their dog barked while they were away.

The lightweight and compact BarkLimiter series features integrated stainless steel contact points and is waterproof in one meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

Bark Differentiation Technology
The BarkLimiter Deluxe detects bark signals solely through vibrations from a dog’s throat. This virtually eliminates false corrections caused by scratching or scraping of surfaces, or other noises like the barks of nearby dogs (as in a kennel situation).

In addition, BarkLimiter Deluxe has been designed to recognize qualitative differences in barking. It corrects for obsessive or nuisance barking and ignores “good” barking. This allows the dog to communicate injury or threat without activating the device.

Autorise Technology
BarkLimiter Deluxe is automatically set for the Autorise function right out of the box. No additional set-up is needed. This gives the dog owner immediate relief from nuisance barking.

When a bark is detected, Autorise starts at the lowest level of correction, and corrections gradually rise until the dog stops nuisance barking. After a prolonged period of quiet, the BarkLimiter Deluxe will reset itself to two levels below the dog’s maximum level reached and begin rising again if barking resumes.

Manual Setting Option
Dog owners have the choice of switching from automatic to manual settings, if so desired. A built-in Bark Odometer helps determine the effectiveness of the manual correction level by counting the number of barks.

Vibration Setting Option
Dog owners can set the BarkLimiter Deluxe to correct barks using vibration for an alternative to stimulation.

The BarkLimiter Deluxe is designed for maximum function in a minimal package. With integrated stainless steel contact points optimized to work on all dog breeds and coat thicknesses, plus an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack – BarkLimiter Deluxe is still one of the most compact designs on the market.

The BarkLimiter Deluxe features a slim, rechargeable lithium-ion battery offering a battery life of up to 3 months between charges. If you prefer a user-replaceable battery, consider the BarkLimiter (non-Deluxe-version).
